Processing Time:

After your order is placed, our dedicated team begins the printing and fulfilment process, which typically takes 3-5 business days. Following this, the shipping time will vary based on your order's destination.

 

Location-Dependent Shipping:

Shipping times are contingent on your order's delivery location. Your purchase will be shipped to the address you specify during checkout, and the delivery timeline will reflect the destination's distance. 

Live Tracking:

As soon as you make a purchase, you'll gain access to real-time tracking for your products and an estimated arrival date. This feature keeps you informed about the progress of your order, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.

 

Multiple Product Orders:

If you choose to buy two different products, please note that they may be shipped from different locations. In this scenario, you will receive separate packages, each with its own live tracking capability.

Print on Demand:

Our print-on-demand service is designed to minimise overproduction and its associated environmental impact. While this approach may add a bit of time to the delivery process, it's a worthwhile investment in sustainability. We appreciate your patience and eco-conscious choices.

Your satisfaction is sleepy prints top priority. We want you to love your products. If, for any reason, you encounter issues with your order, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

 

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 20 days after receiving the product.

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

Wrong Address:

  • If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable)

 

Change of mind:

  • As these products are made to order we unfortunately cannot refund orders for change of mind, except for customers residing in Brazil.

  • Customers residing in Brazil must contact our Customer Service within 4 consecutive days after receiving the item to express their will to return it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
