Idiopathic Hypersomnia (IH) is a chronic neurological sleep disorder characterised by excessive daytime sleepiness and various accompanying symptoms, making daily life incredibly challenging. Due to its rarity, there is limited research and few effective ways for managing IH. I was diagnosed with IH four years ago and have created Sleep Prints AU as a platform to raise awareness and share my art.
